While the LifeBars are definitely not a “diet” bar, we understand that variety is the spice of life. Sometimes you just need a change. You can substitute any of the foods on the food guidelines for the LifeBars if you like. Be sure to stick with the recommended foods to get the most benefit from your Reboot.
Or, if you’re rather not sacrifice the convenience of the bars, you can be creative about how you eat them. Try chopping them up and adding them to plain yogurt, or smearing them with your favorite nut butter. The possibilities are endless!
We’ve also heard of people not liking the first bar and LOVING the second bar, so be sure to give them every chance! It might be that your taste buds need a little time to adapt.
